Tiffany had been in the property management business for 14 years before being approached by the owner of Alter Property Management with an offer. Hearing what Alter Property Management's values were, Tiffany decided that the best move was to follow her heart and continue her passion in property management, but with a company who believed in looking out for its clients, not just it's cash flow.
In her personal life, Tiffany is a mother to her daughter named Meisha, and a menagerie of dogs inlcuding a Boerboel, Doberman, and a PyreDoodle. Sherry is a graduate of UC Berkley, Baylor College of Medicine and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She started acquiring rental properties in 2009. After having children, she left the medical field to pursue full time management of her Real Estate portfolio. She acquired her Real Estate license in 2021 and is enjoying her new roll as a real estate professional.
In her free time, Sherry is an avid runner, reader, and enjoys spending time attending art shows and going to museums.

Originally from Michigan but studied online at the University of Phoenix where she earned my Associates of Arts in Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Danielle moved to Phoenix to pursue her career in accounting and found Alter Property Management to be a great fit. She felt an instant connection upon meeting everyone at Alter. The family like atmosphere and morals of the owner are what brings me to the team. Danielle believes in the company’s values and trust that we will accomplish great things as a team.
Danielle is a mother of 4 young adults, three of which still live in Michigan. When she's not at work, Danielle likes to drive around exploring all of Arizona. You can catch her on a mountain any given weekend soaking up the sun and loving the view.
